Refund policy


Eligible items that are unworn/unwashed, with all tags attached, & footwear in the original box with all packaging, may be returned back to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the day they were delivered to you. 

If you selected local pickup, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.

You can mail back items, or you can bring them to our Ottawa location 422 Bank St, Ottawa, ON K2P 1Y8 (AFTER you have emailed us and received a Return Authorization email).

Curbside Options: Please give us a call at 613-700-2328 if you'd like to exchange an item, or drop off an item for store credit, and we will be happy to coordinate that for you, as a curb side interaction. 

We do not offer refunds (unless item received is damaged). 

 HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Christmas Gifts purchased after Nov 25th, are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 6th with the tags attached. Must be added in the notes at checkout that it is a gift.

Return Policy:

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
  • We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.  
  • Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.  
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

How will I receive my store credit?
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our shop.

Do we offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

Can I make a return past the 14 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 14 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $12 shipping charge to have the items sent back.

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damage prior to shipping. If you have received a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize!

Please notify us & send a picture of the damage to within 2 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund. We will refund you, or replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of damaged items are up to the manufacturers' discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: If you receive an item and you feel that it is defective or damaged and you send it back to our warehouse and we thoroughly check it for defects and damage and see nothing wrong with the item, you will NOT be refunded your shipping charges or issued a refund, and it will be sent back to you at your expense. Only when an item is 100% damaged or defective will we issue a refund.

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and the shipping company. We do not make any exceptions to this policy.

We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local Canada Post/Fed-Ex/UPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbours to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes deliveries update tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
